Since most of our team is from post-Soviet states, we'd like to honor the creator of the Flibusta project, Stiver. Flibusta is a free online library that provides access to Russian-language literature.
On Oct 22, 2024, after a month of fighting glioblastoma, which was not curable, Stiver passed away through euthanasia.
His memory will live on in our hearts as a symbol of the endless possibilities of the written word, a world that is truly open to all.
