I have a feeling it will be used for tracking in some way or another while they are selling it as something we need. My phone doesn't even cost as much as a used car to be among those who supposedly ask for it. Here in Asia, you can buy new phone for less then what new shoes cost. Can a user opt-out from this bluetooth beacon feature as I dont want to participate?
They always say we are asking for it, because no individual can possibly prove it.
