Jaron Spicer, a teacher at Mount Carmel Academy in NJ was arrested after he physically assaulted an 11-year-old student with special needs.

Other staff members witnessed the assault and did nothing to stop it.

Parents are claiming this teacher has a history of using physical force on students.

The attack happened in April and it took police 3 months to arrest him despite video evidence.
