It's so hard to know if we're already there.

It's entirely possible that neither FB nor IG are helping my business in the slightest. But it's very difficult to know that for sure, and nobody wants to take that risk.

I do know one thing, the effort that goes into "creating content" for these platforms is never returned to me. That above all grates my gears.
