I would focus on eating good foods (grass fed beef, fruit, honey) and making sure to move. Compressing your eating window down will definitely help burn fat, but make sure to pay attention to your body fat ratio. You don’t want to go to low. Once you’re at a comfortable body weight/figure, and eating good foods, you’ll find you can eat a lot and maintain that composition.
