Sigh. What is the point of #FedEx having a tracking page that clearly states "delivered" if when you raise a non-delivery complaint they say
"We would like to inform you that your parcel has been handed over to
our local agent for further delivery to your address. You can expect
it to arrive shortly."
That *isn't* deiivered, it's en-route.
