The reason I asked this is to ask why does Gary Neville not complain about Brighton having to sell all it's stars in order to reinvest and improve the squad?
I guess we'll see this season how far the strategy takes them. They've had a good start. They're not at the stage of challenging for the top, but certainly at the stage of cementing a regular European spot. Which is extraordinary progress when you consider they were in League 1 in 2010/11, and League 2 a decade before that.
