In the midst of my last great depressive episode in 2020, & while seeing an extremely unhelpful counselor, I turned to self-help and took up meditation and yoga. Go me! 😃

That was 3 YEARS ago today! 🎉

I never looked back, and I fired that counselor. I can't say enough how much it did for me both mentally and physically, despite starting at 61. 🤨

*Today was my mammogram. 🤞
