"content": "This has been a problem for so long. I'm a techie too, but I look at any technology and ask myself - could my mom use this without my help? The answer is usually no. My mom is not technical, and she is going to take the path of least resistance. She's not going to learn Linux, or use the UDM-14 trick, or any of the other things technical people see as normal or easy.",
