There's a lot of construction noise in Asunción. Practically every street has at least one new building under construction, so there aren't many quiet districts in the city. Do I complain? Not for a single moment! All this noise is a good sign of the rapid development and growth that Paraguay is currently undergoing. This development translates into more jobs, more new apartments at affordable prices, and, in general, more wealth and prosperity for everyone.
