Personally, what makes my Nostr feed rather uninteresting, to me, isn't the fact that my feed is filled with posts related to Bitcoin (or any other cryptocurrency, or any other decentralized means for economical transactions), specifically, but rather the fact that it is mostly about money.
If most posts were about euros, or US dollars, or whatever other fiat currency, and some of the most discussed features in clients about monetary transactions, I would also hold that as one clear reason many wouldn't be many wouldn't be willing to join.
That stance wouldn't be anti-fiat, per se, and although a source familiar with the matter (npub17k6…hcd0) is anti-Bitcoin, saying that the Bitcoin focus is what drives people away from Nostr isn't anti-Bitcoin, in itself.
