I also want to say that I agree with Gottlieb in general about money motive. Making money from quick periodic engagements is huge incentive distortion.

It's like standing on uneven slippery ground. Whatever the person's integrity is at the beginning, getting money from constant engaging people seems to make people vulnerable to a moral injury.
