We keep track of what I'm helping people with in drop-in time, so the library knows what sort of things our community needs technologically. I helped four people
1. A woman needed help setting up an alarm on her iphone because she had to get up and catch a flight
2. A woman needed to set up a Facebook page for a community group. This took nearly an hour partly because of the controlled vocabulary of the *mandatory* "choose a category" option.
