"content": "ah yea, cheese especially stuff that still contains milk sugar is a tough one. i think even the fully ripened cheeses contain some residual sugars even though the packages say \"0 per serving\" it's really just something \u003c 1 gram per serving, but there will be like 10 servings in a little wedge of cheese, so 10 grams of carbs can turn into 0 on the label\r\n\r\nstill not sure why mine is so high. i had about 10-20g the day before\r\n\r\n*i meant millimoles mmol/L not nmol/L ketones",
