I'm having a bad pain day in my surgery recovery. So, I'm heavily medicated. But, I can still see that the majority opinion in 303 Creative is some serious bullshit. The claim that the First Amendment could override civil rights laws was rejected 50+ years ago. Now, the Court has opened the door to reversing decades of legal gains against de jure discrimination. And, there is no coherent principle to limit further rollbacks.
