We managed to avoid Covid, my spouse and I, until it finally caught us this week. Steve tested positive on Friday and I on Saturday, and we've quarantined and tried to take good care of each other and ourselves since then.
Since good soup is, as far as I'm concerned, health in a pot, I made a pot of bean soup for our supper today. Soup is never amiss, but when folks are sick, it seems to have extra healing and nutritional virtue.
