Yeah, protonvpn sometimes have different issues on Linux. But I am curious, why pip3 is having issues after dist update to Ubuntu 24.04:
$ pip3
bash: /home/xxx/.local/bin/pip3: cannot execute: required file not found
Workaround is to install pipx, but such basic stuff should just work...
