My Capsule dishwasher from Loch Electronics broke :( It just draws water in and beeps now. I got it Feb 2023, and the Kickstarter says a 2 year warrant, but the website says a 1 year warranty.
And if I ever hear back from the company, I expect they won't honor the 2 year, based on messages I've seen on twitter and FB.
But... I love my dishwasher. It was the single greatest upgrade to apartment living. So I am likely to buy their new model anyway, even though they are untrustworthy.
