Another instance of lawmakers overstepping their authority and blaming pollution on consumers. Greenhouse emissions from typical consumers is essentially a rounding error, but we’re the ones being blamed and forced to make changes. Electricity prices are already high and there’s almost no motivation for suppliers to reduce rates.
