Our dinner last night was leftover rotisserie chicken white meat from the deli at the grocery store (Thursday’s dinner was the thighs and legs with some cole slaw), hand-shredded, then rewarmed with taco seasoning (homemade) and flour (still very low net carbs for my sweetie) with cheese, lettuce, and tomato-based salsa. I wrapped mine in a tortilla. My sweetie ate hers with a spoon.
