Not gonna lie, getting a password stolen is absolutely trivial. It happens all the time and sometimes to the best. Stealing a password is just a matter of presenting a trustworthy password prompt in a trustworthy context.
Nostr is all about that trust. You need to trust the client. If you don't, your private key (password) is gone.
I'm not saying it's bad. What i am saying is that secrets have a tendency to find a way out, and even more so digital secrets. Especially where there is no education about the implication of said secrets or the maintenance thereof.
Could it be that anti-censorship is more than an app? Could it be a set of basic knowledge items? How do we make our peers digitally savy?
