kroner :autumnkirby: (npub1xrm…dncv) John Paul Grips (npub175d…wrtj) pajeet company helpdesk is also a fun one. All tickets that get created are first assigned to pajeets and there are only two outcomes. Either tell them to reboot, close the ticket and come back if that didn't fix it (usually not), or remote desktop in, fuck everything up, bailout and send it to me.
It's so bad I had to create an unwritten rule where everyone should first tell me about the ticket and I self-assign it even though helpdesk isn't what I should even be doing.
