Their goal isn't to stop antisemitism, it's to continue the long-term "jews are victims" narrative and grievance industry to continue to financially profit off of things that didn't happen. They want antisemitism to happen, especially organic antisemitism that's not the classic "Hey, whatcha doing, Rabbi?" shtick where they provoke an incident to report with a fake hate crime. There's no benefit or public perception initiative they can run to sway the public's opinion if antisemitism goes away.
