Secrecy, Autonomy, Hierarchy are all bound up in a more intimate way then most people realize, would give a lengthy philosophical exposition but tbh not feeling like it today, maybe next time but take away secrecy and you flatten hierarchy, flatten hierarchy and there is no autonomy.
