The one where nothing happens.
Jem, Hayden, Carina, Brenna and Zonta, from the Nifaran Chronicles, live together in an apartment overlooking Central Park. An apartment they clearly can't afford.
Hilarity ensues when Zonta cuts bread with an axe, and Jem overuses his powers and destroys the toilet.
It runs for 20 seasons and some people actually like it.
