They need to understand the Mastodon protocol versus ActivityPub. Also, there should be a comprehensive write up. There’s a lot of aspects that aren’t technically in spec but is needed devs & anyone setting up their AP server. There needs to be documentation for best practices once ones server goes live, block lists, legal risks etc
