Yes, grass fed is better than grain fed. And shaking your rancher’s hand and getting it directly is best of all, though I’m not there yet.
Definitely recommend trying cyber carnivore diet. I was plant based before it and feel much stronger and healthier now. Eggs, dairy, fruit, and honey are good in combination with carnivore too
