Welp turns out the unbearable noise my ceiling makes when it's stormy outside is likely unfixable without paying someone to rebuild the entire ceiling (and even then I'm not sure I'm even allowed to tear down the ceiling to rebuild it)

It's already been going on for 2 days too, I really wanna sell this flat and move someplace else but I keep finding more and more and more issues and at this point I'm not even sure I can sell it without either basically scamming people or spending thousands of euros on fixing it 😬
