I'm not on the carnivore diet myself but I do eat a lot of meat. My advice would be to keep it simple like eating the leanest beef (tenderloin, top sirloin, and flanks), pork loin and tenderloin, and chicken you can find. I do all my food shopping at local farmers markets. They ALWAYS have the best quality meats. None of that chemical garbage that they put in meats from chain food stores.
