#Subsonic was a popular self-hosted media streaming platform. When the licensing model changed, a fork called Airsonic was created to keep the open source model alive. Another fork called #Airsonic-Advanced started when Airsonic development slowed, then Kagemomiji forked AA again when development on it died. Now Airsonic is more modernized, faster, and more stable than ever.
