The UAE is spaffing a bunch of money (small change to them) on a preemptive PR shilling campaign ahead of COP28. Which is pretty much tantamount to an admission that they're full of shit on climate issues... though it's presumably the fact that anyone smart enough to count to ten without taking their shoes off already knows they're full of shit that makes the campaign seem necessary.
