thinking about the field behaviours of antiparallel decoupling layouts a bunch recently and one thing I've been amused by is thinking about what happens when you get up into the mmwave range and each of the two high-side terminals see a phase shift in the propagating wave. seems like at some point you would end up with something resembling a resonant LC tank.
