At the beginning of November, I made a decision to change my relationship with food and what I eat. I switched from a conventional diet to a more simplistic, animal-based diet. I removed the following from my life:
🔸Processed foods
🔸Coffee
🔸Added Sugar
🔸Grains
🔸Seed oils
🔸Vegetables
I am on day 15 of my journey. I am happy to share that I am still going strong and have dropped nearly 10 pounds!
I am blown away by the progress I've made in two weeks. My mid-section is not as bloated as it once was. I have more energy. I find it easier to wake up earlier and start my day.
