like, I think if people were more 'just switch to Mint' or 'just switch to Ubuntu', I think more people would actually do it. It's like the problem with getting people to join Mastodon, there's too many choices and that freaks people out!
And then you have all the dead or abandoned versions of things floating about. How do you even find an OS that supports your particular needs and is also still supported and runs on your machine?!
At least dead Mastodon servers disappear.
