Haelwenn /элвэн/ :triskell: (npub1ysu…2jyl) feinzer (npub1dhf…ztuv) Unlike a ceramic topped one it also doesn't turn red. So unless I actively check the small LED on the front I don't really notice its off until it's been 5-10 minutes and for whatever reason the pan hasn't started turning warm.
Most annoying thing about it is boiling rice. I have to turn down the heat like 5 minutes /before/ the rice starts boiling. Otherwise the termperature overshoots and the rice boils to hell and back. Also takes 10 min to start boiling in the first place.
