And WIkimedia Foundation's contribution process was infuriating, although Gerrit probably wasn't the biggest issue there.
I wonder if it's that a) places that I saw use Gerrit used it poorly b) better options (or better Gerrit) appeared since then c) it's just a YMMV thing.
