mittimithai (nprofile…2367) looks decently worded to me, except no mention of chromosomes. it just says the sexes are determined by whether you produce a large or small germ cell which is a more limited definition because some people may not have gonads for various reasons. i'm sure there will be challenges in court cause it does away with gender entirely, as far as the government is concerned.
