Why don't House Republicans add the following to their budget proposal for good measure?
- Requires you to report to city hall once per month for a good kick to your privates
- Designates garbage dumps in all neighborhoods whose average income per capita does not exceed up to 2x the poverty level
- Provides free private planes and yachts to those hand-selected by Trump
- Adds $100 tax on every bottle of sunscreen
I mean, they've really got a winner platform there. May as well go all in.
