you broke basic image compatability without making it backwards compatible, if it weren't for
jb55 (npub1xts…kk5s) and
fiatjaf (npub180c…h6w6) users would have not known their pics were not being displayed. surely informing users before you 86 their images is a client dev responsibility, isn't it?
you can't just sneak it in on people and expect them to keep asking if others can see their pics until they either drop your client or stop using these nips? or is that what you expect?
