My dressing:
1c sour cream
1c mayo
1/4c lemon juice
1/4c olive oil
1 Tbl garlic powder
2 Tsp black pepper
2 Tsp salt
1 wedge (`300g) blue cheese
Add half the blue cheese dice finely and use a hand blender to get it smooth. Add the remainder for texture before chilling.
