It's sorta like... if I see in an interview, "As a [liberal|conservative], my views of abortion are..." I can fairly well guess what the person is going to say based on which stance they filled in.
It's just doing that to synthesize its _own_ answers; the "personality" is just what _people_ are _reading into_ its response.
