I've watched campaigning and elections for 5+ decades...

...on the surface, this is NOT a winning strategery*.

Doesn't it make you wonder WHY "the professionals" are pushing her in the first place?

Rather than manipulate messaging to create a "close race" narrative, it would have been MUCH EASIER (and believable) to select a better candidate.

She's a greater risk. What is the potential greater return that makes the gamble worth it?
