You saw how I cut news, it's massively great. And scrolling here gives me creative ideas sometimes. Talking to cool folks like you. etc. hahaha.

But also, I have an anti-boredom kind of mindset, I try to - sometimes I'll just sit and delete things off my phone. Just any time I think of it. And it's helped massively. It's gotten all the crap under control, really helped me focus on what I want to, what I find most important. Cuz that's what's it's all about, right? Since we only have so many minutes haha
