What’s the problem here? Do I need to be verified on Nostr before I can get any support for my issue with primal wallet from primal (npub12vk…pugg)?
It’s been days since reaching out for assistance from support@primal.net and all I’ve gotten back was crickets (except for Derek Ross (npub18am…p424) who tried signaling Marko (npub1zga…ppvc) and miljan (npub16c0…6nvr) for support with his reach, which I greatly appreciate).
I’ve been patient after several days and, needless to say, it’s past the point of frustration and just flat out irksome that I haven’t received any official support from Primal.
I’d understand if there were some massive development with Primal Wallet, the Primal app, or even some collaboration with Bitcoin devs that is taking #primalsupport away from providing some level of support.
Can I please have some #support or any clarification as to why I cannot send/receive or purchase sats with my Primal Wallet? It was working perfectly for the past few months until now. I had no issues with transactions sending out to my cold storage. Now? It’s stuck in my primal wallet and I have no control moving funds.
Any support will be, again, greatly appreciated.
