Reposting because I accidentally left out an important screenshot where Anirudh asked me not to disconnect and explained what happend without me having to ask.
Just had the most wonderful Amazon support experience.
I missed screenshotting the last message where I was told they wished more customers were as pleasant as well and said it was such a pleasure and wished my day ended with a smile on my face.
The world needs more people like Anirudh.
