You could only compare it to a #Russia-#NATO war if the #terrorists had occupied #Ukraine, use civilians as shields, and make the country into a military launching pad to attack Eastern Europe members. At that point, NATO would need to defend itself and retaliate, hitting Russian terrorists and Ukrainian #civilians.
