No problem. The history of behavioral medicine is so incredibly fascinating.
A book came to mind as well. Cognitive Behavioral Tsunami by Farhad Dalal. Instead of marketing it's more critical of managers and insurance companies in the 1980s and 1990s in US/UK. The book accuses them of subverting the science using bullshit statistics to reach the conclusions they wanted. (Short therapy gets workers back quicker as opposed to the goals of psychoanalysis.)
