"content": "1/2 I live near probably the most polluted city in the US, local pressure makes a difference, but arguably not enough. Politicians are elected based on these kind of issues. Just as with global warming, it’s our economies that prevent doing what should be. I can’t say anarchy could/would fix this. The obvious challenge is the change to anarchy which would only happen as the result of wholesale breakdown. Then the chance might arise.",
