That would be for a non-Apple monitor
Apple likes built-in USB hub support (like the Pro Display XDR) so you'd be down to 2 lanes for video (to have 2 for data) so "only" 8K 120 Hz. You could also daisy chain two 6K 120 Hz monitors with a single cable to your computer haha
