Uh oh.. our roommate bought Necco wafers because he had never had the displeasure of trying them before, so we put the remainder of the wretched chalk tubes into the candy bowl (with *tons* of Reese's and Twix, we aren't monsters). Inexplicably, the children dug through and took ALL of the Necco wafers and left most of the chocolate 😧

The only conclusion we can draw is that Gen Alpha has no idea what Necco wafers are, and our house will be decorated in eggs and TP by morn' 🎃
